Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to the specific requirements identified during the assessment process, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Manage administrative tasks effectively, including the timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and personalized wellness strategies to assist clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Formulate comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition and ongoing support for clients post-therapy.
\n
• Remain compliant with all federal and state regulations, alongside NEHS policies, to ensure best practices are followed at all times.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance clinical competencies.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to enhance collaborative treatment planning and service delivery.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions as stipulated by the state and organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy, resulting in licensure eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits\n
