Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth to evaluate clients' psychological needs and devise appropriate care strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to thoughtfully develop personalized treatment goals and objectives based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and more.

• Monitor and document clients' progress toward their treatment goals diligently, maintaining accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in care coordination with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create an integrated approach to client care.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n
