Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with patients from the comfort of your home while utilizing telehealth technologies. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Work in partnership with geriatric psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care and integrated treatment pathways.

• Respond effectively to mental health crises involving elderly patients, offering immediate support and intervention during emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatments, and navigate available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Experience: A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience focused on geriatric mental health preferred.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and innovative evidence-based treatment approaches and modalities.

• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a strong patient-centered and empathetic approach.

• Ability to connect and build trust with elderly patients and their families, creating a secure environment for therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
