Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a valid and unrestricted professional license to practice independently in California, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW designations.

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates should also have no history of disciplinary action.

• Exhibit strong empathy, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to establish trusting relationships with clients.

• Demonstrate proficiency with digital platforms and tools, as a significant amount of therapy will be conducted via an online interface.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
