Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their specific needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive atmosphere that encourages sharing and personal growth.

• Engage in ongoing case discussions with fellow clinicians to keep abreast of best practices and share insights that enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and young adults, a demographic particularly vulnerable to mental health issues. With a maximum group size of eight clients, you will have the opportunity to foster deep therapeutic relationships, creating a safe space for meaningful dialogue and sustained healing. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, providing a rich opportunity for you to apply culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active independent licensure, such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, is preferred, although we welcome applications from junior-licensed clinicians who are seeking supervision.

• Flexible availability with a commitment of at least 12 hours per week for part-time (1099) or up to 40 hours per week for full-time (W2) positions.

• Experience working within diverse populations and an understanding of adolescent mental health issues.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

• Previous work in group therapy settings with adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
