Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse clients within our community health clinic settings, providing care to individuals grappling with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our client-focused approach emphasizes understanding each individual’s background and experiences, tailoring interventions to support their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Texas.

• Demonstrable expertise in solution-based psychotherapy, with an ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to fit the individual needs of clients.
