Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health conditions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that are responsive to the evolving needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and creating inclusive therapeutic environments for all clients.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

While we value all applicants, we ideally seek candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience working with individuals managing various mental health and behavioral challenges. Experience in individual and group therapy, co-occurring disorders treatment, or substance abuse interventions is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will enjoy competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth.
