Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions designed to equip patients with tools and strategies to process their trauma effectively.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals to deliver integrated and holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely and effective assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals impacted by trauma, including those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and various co-occurring mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will engage with a diverse clientele, providing them not just with immediate relief but also with long-term tools for resilience and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Oregon.

• Competence in trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment methods, and resilience-promoting strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adeptness in documentation and record keeping.

Compensation and Benefits\n
