Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' trauma histories, ensuring an appropriate treatment approach is identified.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience building, tailored to each patient’s unique experiences and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, learn effective coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring patients receive the support needed throughout their recovery.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and professional demeanor in high-stress situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance understanding and healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation per legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, ideally in a similar mental health setting.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Experience providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions effectively.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.

• Strong ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
