Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to diagnose clients' needs comprehensively, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals, integrating various therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through teletherapy, ensuring that clients who may have mobility or accessibility issues receive the expert support they need.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• A compassionate and empathetic disposition, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ diverse life experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n
