Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring ethical engagement and compassionate service.

• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, needs, and therapeutic insights.

• Leading clients through their therapeutic journey to help them understand their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.

• Tracking patient progress through treatment plans and equipping clients with healthy coping strategies to manage their symptoms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adult clients who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Our clients often seek to improve their overall well-being, manage stress, and develop resilience. This role allows you to build meaningful connections with clients while empowering them to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• One of the following fully active licenses without conditions: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and must have no prior disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and empathetic nature.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

We value prior experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in remote settings. Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic approaches and a strong commitment to client-centered care will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Innvouz offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on your commitment and working hours. Additional benefits include:
