Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to formulate customized treatment plans.

• Provide various therapeutic services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and psychoeducation, through secure digital platforms tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, offering continuous support and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies to address individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, client interaction notes, and treatment updates to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

As a mental health counselor with DFSI, you will work with a varied client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a virtual setting, establishing rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients remotely.

• Empathetic understanding of clients' struggles, providing a safe and supportive space for open discussions.
