Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client engagement and healing.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Provide education and support to clients’ families, equipping them with tools to better understand mental health issues and encouraging their involvement in the care process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential case notes and treatment records in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring all communications are secure and respectful of client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
