Work Environment\n

This is a full-time, remote position, allowing qualified therapists the flexibility to work from the comfort of their home. Although primarily remote, you will engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team through telehealth platforms. Our collaborative approach includes weekly team meetings and training sessions, ensuring that our therapists receive guidance and support from seasoned professionals in the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately assess clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a broad spectrum of therapeutic methodologies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices—to address varied mental health issues.

• Engage in case collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless client care experience.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients grappling with acute emotional distress or emergency situations, applying empathy and clinical skills to navigate these challenges effectively.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and enhancing public understanding about mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology .

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to forge therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, ensuring effective engagement with individuals across various demographics.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions in our electronic record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably with a focus on community health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
