This position offers the unique flexibility of remote work. Although you'll be stationed at home, you'll be supported by our outpatient office, which serves as a hub for collaboration and training. You will utilize secure telehealth technology to conduct sessions, ensuring that even from a distance, you are providing safe and effective care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients, collecting detailed information about their presenting issues, background, and mental health history to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, to treat conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focused on communication enhancement, conflict resolution strategies, and rebuilding trust and connection.
\n
• Engage with families in therapy to uncover and address systemic dynamics, nurture effective communication skills, and promote healthier familial relationships.

• Craft individualized treatment strategies that include client-specific goals and interventions, closely monitoring and adjusting plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients demonstrating acute distress, ensuring responsive and compassionate support to guide them through challenging moments.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to privacy standards and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, coordinating care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to optimize client outcomes.

• Uphold the principles of confidentiality and ethical practice, ensuring a respectful and safe space for all clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
