Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship for practicum students who are on their paths towards clinical licensure, helping them navigate their learning experiences and supporting their professional development.

• Deliver personalized psychotherapy services designed to support a diverse array of patients, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate effective treatment.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care, fostering an integrated treatment environment.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, complying with regulatory and organizational guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at our center, you will work with a caseload of individuals, couples, and families from a variety of backgrounds. Clients may present with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Our focus is on creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere that respects each client's unique journey towards healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required to practice in California.

• Demonstrated experience providing supervision and guidance to students or less experienced therapists.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure protection while practicing.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, emphasizing direct client work and the application of therapeutic techniques.

• Experience in outpatient settings, preferably in group practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting industry standards and your experience level. In addition, we provide:
