This position offers the flexibility and convenience of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home or chosen workspace. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to create personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client's mental health goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Vermont is mandatory.
