Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Healing Care Mental Health Solutions, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license in one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or a Doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients across various backgrounds.

• Exhibited cultural competence, reflecting sensitivity and understanding toward clients of diverse ethnicities and life situations.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
