Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, ensuring that each will lead to a personalized and effective treatment plan.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the client's goals, using a mix of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; however, a master’s or doctoral degree will be viewed favorably.

• At least two years of practical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic methodologies.

• A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices across various mental health disorders, showcasing the ability to adapt therapies to suit individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and team members effectively.
