Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Barchester Behavioral Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and cultural considerations.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
