Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment goals, session notes, and progress indicators, while adhering to both ethical standards and privacy regulations.

• Engage in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to offer comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s mental health.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources available to them; act as a strong advocate for clients' needs and rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Mindsight, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist with one of the following credentials: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus as an added incentive for joining our team.
