Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and associated mental health needs.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that utilize proven therapeutic methods, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Actively collaborate with fellow team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure seamless integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders and various mental health challenges. Our clients span a broad demographic, and we focus on tailoring our approach to meet each individual's unique needs, fostering resilience and progress toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000 available for qualifying candidates.
