Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs of each client.

• Developing effective treatment plans that are tailored to support clients’ mental health goals.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches.

• Establishing therapeutic goals and routinely monitoring client progress to ensure an effective treatment trajectory.

• Offering teletherapy options through a user-friendly virtual platform to enhance accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and ethical standards pertaining to confidentiality and care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops offered by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will work closely with clients of varied backgrounds, helping them navigate their individual struggles and fostering a supportive environment where they feel safe and understood.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting that emphasizes telehealth services.
