This position offers the flexibility and convenience of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a work-life balance. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility built into the schedule to accommodate patient needs. You will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, enabling you to reach a broader spectrum of clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally informed mental health assessments to establish a deep understanding of each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and goals.

• Ensure accurate, confidential, and secure documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems to comply with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
