Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients and colleagues from the comfort of your own space while focusing on school-based mental health services. Your primary working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for students to pinpoint their individual needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Implementing personalized care plans alongside clients and an interdisciplinary healthcare team, focusing on behavior modification and coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Delivering high-quality counseling services, disease management strategies, and health education, ensuring students are equipped to navigate life's challenges.

• Engaging in regular outreach to students to foster sustained engagement, adapt to their evolving needs, and encourage positive behavioral changes.

• Documenting patient interactions and treatment progress accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain comprehensive and precise patient histories.

• Collaborating with school staff and caregivers to provide supportive resources and a cohesive approach to student well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client population will comprise school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face various challenges such as academic pressures, family issues, anxiety, and behavioral difficulties. Understanding and addressing the unique cultural and environmental contexts of these students will be crucial in your role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling within a school or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
