The practice promotes a healthy work-life balance, with core work hours primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, along with occasional evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, evaluating symptom severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and address specific therapeutic needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively support client journeys toward wellness.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, equipping them with self-care strategies for better management of their mental health.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in close collaboration with our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate integrated care approaches.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance your therapeutic practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
