Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for new clients to understand their psychological and emotional needs, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their history and current mental health status.

• Providing ongoing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively and promote their mental wellness.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, client feedback, and the progress recorded during therapy sessions.

• Utilizing clinically-relevant strategies during therapy to address relational dynamics and interpersonal conflicts, particularly within family, marriage, and couple settings.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging in regular case discussions to enhance treatment approaches and share insights that benefit client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and records in accordance with organizational policies and compliance regulations while minimizing paperwork to maximize direct client interaction.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is essential.

• Licensure: Candidates must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health, with a strong emphasis on therapy focused on mental health disorders.
