Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Deliver individual therapy to adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, employing various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting processes, regularly monitoring progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to the shared knowledge and interdisciplinary practices aimed at optimizing patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Woods Mental and Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
