Work Environment\n

As a licensed therapist in our practice, you will primarily work in a remote setting, with the support of an experienced team committed to mental health excellence. While our core hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., you may occasionally work evenings or weekends on a rotational basis to ensure our clients can receive care at times that suit their schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge the severity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ lives.

• Develop individualized and actionable treatment plans in collaboration with each client, taking into account their unique needs, treatment goals, and personal preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their support systems on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to enhance coping skills.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches and treatment plans based on ongoing assessment and feedback.

• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated mental health care that optimally addresses client needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and clinical advances in mood disorder treatments to inform best practices in therapy.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings to contribute to a cohesive treatment approach.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and actively work to destigmatize mental health issues in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.
