Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of clients' substance use histories, mental health status, and treatment needs, utilizing standardized evaluation methods.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans informed by clinical best practices, taking into account the unique experiences and needs of each client.

• Facilitate transformative individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), to engage clients effectively.

• Collaborate actively with a dedicated treatment team, ensuring integrated care by attending interdisciplinary meetings and communicating client progress and challenges.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process while supporting family involvement with sessions and resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
