Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial interviews, collecting pertinent information and documenting cases from the first consultation through to the completion of treatment.
\n
• Assess client mental, behavioral, and emotional health to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
\n
• Create and monitor personalized intervention and recovery plans tailored for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy settings.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that are engaging, supportive, and structured, helping clients navigate their emotions and improve coping strategies.
\n
• Coordinate and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health specialists, physicians, and support staff to ensure integrated care.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for continued improvement.
\n
• Provide follow-up support and coordinate care with psychiatrists and attending physicians for clients needing hospitalization.
\n
• Identify and address behaviors that may hinder clients' recovery, fostering an environment of healing and growth.
\n
• Guide and support family members in managing their loved ones’ mental health challenges, empowering them with effective strategies.

Our clientele includes a wide range of individuals seeking mental health support, from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will engage with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Demonstrated experience as a mental health counselor with a strong clinical background.
\n
• Familiarity and proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for case management and documentation.
\n
• Knowledge of various mental health conditions, including dual diagnoses involving addiction.
\n
• Familiarity with best practices as recommended by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
\n
• A solid understanding of the implications of medications prescribed to patients by medical specialists.
\n
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

• Background in group therapy facilitation and community mental health outreach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
