Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to analyze clients' mental health status, tailoring evaluations to meet the unique needs of each individual.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans aimed at helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches to drive positive outcomes.

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients across Syracuse and beyond.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor involves working with a diverse population of adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. These may include stress management, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. Your expertise will enable you to tailor your therapeutic approaches to effectively address the complexities of each client's situation.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current mental health professional license as either LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, paired with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively, especially in a remote work environment.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your licensing boards.
