Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, taking the time to understand each client's unique mental health needs and history.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded and effective support.

• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, utilizing your expertise in high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational events aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental illness.

The clients you will serve are diverse in their backgrounds, experiences, and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring timely documentation and effective management of client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n
