Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to gather patient histories and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the healing process, fostering coping strategies, and creating spaces for shared experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and various healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care that addresses all facets of patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in traumatic situations, displaying expertise in de-escalation techniques and immediate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals who have experienced trauma in various forms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
