Work Environment\n

As a telehealth facility, we offer an entirely remote work environment that allows our therapists the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring accessibility for our clients. Our typical operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs as they arise. This ensures that our therapists can maintain a balanced work schedule while providing critical services to our client population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and develop equitable treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and incorporate cultural considerations, ensuring tailored care for each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on promoting resilience, emotional well-being, and recovery from mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate and enhance patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

• Stay current with developments in mental health treatments and cultural considerations through continued research and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and cultural responsiveness in therapeutic practice.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally relevant approaches.

• Demonstrated crisis intervention skills, combined with the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to telehealth practice.

• Commitment to adhering to professional ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality at all levels.
