This position is primarily remote, providing therapists with the flexibility to serve clients from their chosen environments while ensuring a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, integrating diagnostic criteria and identifying emotional and psychological needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster their journey towards mental well-being.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group sessions, employing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Track and monitor client progress, routinely adjusting treatment plans in response to feedback and observable changes in client behavior and emotional health.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to clients in distress and ensuring they feel supported and heard during critical moments.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and insurance standards to ensure the integrity of our practice.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s life.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and professional standards set forth by relevant licensing boards, ensuring our practice remains responsible and accountable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits\n
