Work Environment\n

Our outpatient facility provides a remote working setup that promotes both flexibility and productivity. While clinicians primarily engage with clients via telehealth platforms, they are also encouraged to facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of scheduling flexibility to adapt to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to accurately assess client needs, which informs the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, facilitating discussions on mental health topics to nurture a sense of belonging and community among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring unified and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and respond effectively to mental health emergencies when needed.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for smooth information management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
