Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through telehealth platforms, addressing the diverse needs of individual and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor participant progress with thorough documentation of session notes, follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Actively engage in care team collaboration, connecting participants with necessary resources, and managing consent and authorization forms with professionalism.

• Identify and respond to high-risk participant situations, implementing appropriate safety protocols as laid out by organizational guidelines.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to review patient progress, collaborate on treatment plans, and share insights with fellow counselors.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, participating in mandatory training sessions annually to ensure compliance.

You will be focusing on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in fields such as Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy or a related equivalent.

• A current and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) recognized in California.

• Availability to maintain a consistent patient schedule, dedicating 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual compensation package between $115,000 and $130,000.
