Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based remote counseling sessions to clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach to each individual’s needs.

• Monitor each participant’s progress through comprehensive assessments and documentation, following up with clients to support their care needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to facilitate access to additional resources and ensure continuity of care, including obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify and manage high-risk client situations with elevated safety concerns by following company protocols and guidelines effectively.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and participate in monthly team meetings and Town Halls to enhance organizational communication and team cohesion.

• Uphold confidentiality standards in all interactions and documentation in compliance with HIPAA, including completing required annual training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse clients who are navigating various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. By utilizing structured, evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help clients develop actionable skills for healthier coping mechanisms and lifelong habits.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) are required.

• Availability to maintain a consistent client scheduling commitment of 40 hours per week, ideally Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Hands-on clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, particularly CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies.

• Experience dealing with electronic medical record systems and telehealth platforms is a plus.
