Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), during individual and group sessions to assist clients in alleviating stress and enhancing emotional well-being.

• Conduct initial client assessments to evaluate individual stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, developing tailored mindfulness strategies to suit their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness practices, meditation sessions, and breathing exercises aimed at improving self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focusing on mindfulness techniques, stress management, and personal development to foster community and shared learning.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques within individual therapy sessions to address and manage clients' specific mental health issues effectively, offering compassionate support.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and multidisciplinary treatment plan for clients, optimizing outcomes through integrated care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions while adhering to confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
