Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, identifying challenges, strengths, and underlying issues that may be impacting their well-being.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including treatment progress and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
