Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions to clients, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist them in managing stress and enhancing their overall wellness.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client’s unique stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals, crafting individualized care plans.

• Guide clients in various mindfulness practices, including meditation and deep-breathing techniques, to cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness and stress management, promoting community and shared growth among participants.

• Continuously integrate mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, strategically addressing specific mental health issues while encouraging overall client growth.

• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to enrich the therapeutic experience and provide a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress towards therapeutic goals, ensuring compliance with mental health standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults who seek support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is required to practice as a Mental Health Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
