Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and determine suitable treatment approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
