Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms on clients’ daily lives.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in delivering therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, including available treatment options and self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment developments in mood disorders to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology with the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
