Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your working arrangements while providing access to our outpatient facilities as needed. While typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there may be occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotating basis to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate client symptoms and their impact on daily functioning, collaborating closely with clients to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders and treatment options, empowering them with self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up assessments, adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs and responses of clients.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive, integrated approach to client care, optimizing therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional sign-on bonuses to welcome new team members.
