Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning with their specific needs, goals, and preferences while using the latest evidence-based techniques.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster resilience and promote mental well-being.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Engage with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate integrated care, enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, supplemented by a competitive benefits package.
