Work Environment\n

As a remote-based practice, our team members enjoy the flexibility of working from their chosen locations while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients. Our structured work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with each client to create tailored treatment plans based on their unique backgrounds, needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client recovery.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate regularly in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance treatment methodologies.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients and contribute to reducing the stigma surrounding mood disorders.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
