Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, goals, and treatment preferences.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for mood disorders, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on data and client feedback.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Engage in ongoing education related to mood disorders and advancements in treatment, applying new knowledge to enhance client care.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities, aimed at improving clinical skills and knowledge in best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
