Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining the ability to provide personalized care. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours assigned on a rotational basis. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.
\n
• Regularly monitor clients' progress towards treatment goals, making necessary adjustments based on clinical judgment.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to create a cohesive and integrated care plan.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continually advance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Advocate for clients' rights and promote initiatives aimed at reducing the stigma associated with mental health disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals struggling with various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
