Compensation and Benefits\n

Summit Oaks Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 — 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional financial incentives include up to $2,000 in performance-based bonuses, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, and a generous paid time off policy that includes annual rollover and options for cash-out. Full-time employees qualify for comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, along with 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
